About the role
Are you a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships and helping businesses grow? Join Vinarchy as a B2B Telephone Sales Consultant and support a portfolio of independently owned pubs, clubs, and bottle shops across Australia.
This full-time, permanent role is based in Adelaide and offers hybrid flexibility (once initial training period is complete). You’ll be part of a passionate team that helps small business owners access premium wine solutions tailored to their venue and clientele.
What you'll be doing
-Managing outbound and inbound calls with independently owned hospitality and liquor retailers
-Building strong relationships with business owners and managers
-Understanding client needs and recommending wine solutions that suit their business goals
-Driving sales growth through consultative selling and account management
-Meeting and exceeding KPIs with uncapped commission potential
-Maintaining accurate CRM records and ensuring compliance

About you
We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:
-Has strong communication and relationship-building skills
-Confidence in B2B sales or account management (Previous call centre expereince will be highly regarded)
-Understanding the needs of independent venues and can offer practical solutions
-Results-driven approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
-Is a team player who brings energy, professionalism, and initiative
