As the Works Supervisor you will be responsible for the scope of work to meet contractual requirements and effective delivery of contract services to day to day supervision of sub contractors and supply services. You will be required to develop 'scopes of work' that will be issued to subcontractors.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate commercial acumen and ensure that service quality and contract standards are met by sub contractors. All works must meet standards and relevant statutory requirements. As the supervisor you will undertake regular assessments of subcontractor performance.
You will enjoy liaising with a variety of people and making sure that you can work autonomously as well as part of a team.
