Transmission Line Design - Electrical Engineer
Great $$$ & career opportunity Known throughout the industry as a leader in power engineering and well established in the Asia Pacific market, this power infrastructure design consultancy is looking for a senior electrical engineer to join their growing Transmission and Distribution project team. They require someone with a strong background in Network Design Power Projects with demonstrated experience in Transmission Line Design, ideally familiar with Secondary Systems for Substations up to 66kV. With a brilliant boss, wonderful work culture, great CBD location close to all amenities and public transport, you will have high advancement prospects as this team continues to grow through successful project delivery. As a Transmission Line Design Engineer you will be responsible for:
Project Management of high level, large scale technical power systems projects
Transmission line design for distributed power projects
Mentoring and providing leadership to junior engineers in design work
Power System Analysis
Oversight for protection and control secondary system design
Liaise with internal clients and build solid external client relationships In order to be successful in your application you will ideally have:
Familiar with using PLS-CADD or similar GIS integrated Transmission Line design software package (LD-Pro, TLCADD, TL-Pro)
Extensive experience in the power indust
