The Organisation:
We are currently representing an established print and communications solutions business whose point of difference in the marketplace revolves around the way in which they can tailor their service offering to suit specific customer needs, in most cases delivering a 'one off' solution. Their size and investment in machinery and equipment allows them to offer a full range of options to customers from design right through to warehousing and distribution. They currently have a newly created need for an experienced rep in Sydney - COULD THIS BE YOU?
The Role:
Reporting to a Sales Manager, your key objective is to achieve sales targets across a designated territory offering a range of products and solutions which meet customers printing needs. You will have the benefit of being able to draw in other key stakeholders and experts to facilitate the sell with the customer, moreso to offer expertise and informed recommendations on the best way to maximise the impact and reach of the agreed solution. This will facilitate you entering new markets or channels since the business is of a size and scale that literally any need can be met - hence the solution focus !
The Person:
You are an experienced sales rep with a demonstrable track record in the print sector gained locally (within Australia) - we need someone who understands the range of applications and design options in the print area to offer a bundled solution as appropriate. Since the focus of the role will be largely new business, you must be adept at cold calling, have the persistence and enthusiasm to continually strive for new opportunities and most of all be able to adapt your style to suit your audience.
