-Prestigious Global Investment Bank-CBD -level 2 support function -Cutting edge PABX (Avaya) & IPC (Trader Voice) Projects To join this dynamic and expanding group, it is essential that you can demonstrate a strong track record of Voice/Data Operations Support in the Voice and Data Networks arena within financial services, preferably Investment Banking. This challenging opportunity will require the successful candidate to be part of a team responsible for implementing a wide range of Voice and Data Networks projects, whilst supporting the existing business critical voice infrastructure. Support areas include: -Avaya IP PABX -Cisco VOIP Telephony -Voice Mail -Cisco Telepresence/Tandberg -Video Conferencing -VoIP -IPC Trader Voice System -NICE Voice Recording System -Desktop port patching Responsibilities: -Ensure incidents and requests are completed within SLA's and comply with internal processes. -Ensure change requests comply with the change management process. -Ensure a stable voice platform environment. -Participate in project planning and implementation. -Maintain and upkeep inventory and documentation. -Ensure adherence to all Risk and IT policies and procedures Essential Experience required: Required Skills: -Experience in supporting IP Telephony, Telespresence, Avaya telephony, Cisco telephony and NICE voice recording systems. -Experience in supporting IPC Trader Voice System -Experience in voice/data support, implementation and troubleshooting. -Experience with Cisco Network.
