Head of AsiaPac Desktop Support - You will be responsible for managing several direct reports and up to 60 indirect support staff, managing and delivering major projects across the region, managing regional support budgets, regional support strategy and planning and working with with Global Technology Group as a partner and a peer. Head of AsiaPac Desktop Support - You will have the following experience: -Project Delivery -Desktop Support Management -Budget Creation and Management -High Level Relationship Management -Management of Regional Support Groups -Management of Complex Support Structures -Management of Cross Functional Support Groups -Software & Hardware Support - PC's, Blackberries, Peripherals Head of AsiaPac Desktop Support - This is an executive level support position.
