Programmed Integrated Workforce is a national provider of recruitment, labour hire and managed labour services currently seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join one of the many Sydney branches.

- Parking Available - Salary + Superannuation + Bonuses Reporting to the Branch Manager your key responsibilities include: - Branch Operations Registration of candidates, interviewing, advertising, reference checking and filling client job orders - Servicing Current Clients Filling job orders to specific client needs across the industrial and white collar industries - Data Management Administration and Reporting Timely and accurate data entry, filing, maintain accurate candidate work history and data integrity. - Candidate Management Manage and maintain candidate pool, provide performance / registration feedback directly to candidates and assist in overall candidate care for the branch network - Sales Recommend suitable candidates to clients and proactively place candidates into work
The successful Recruitment Consultant will be predominantly working in a temp/casual recruitment environment within the industrial labour industry.
Knowledge and experience within the casual labour market is highly desired as well as hands on experience using Fastrack.
The successful applicant must have the following skills:
