This well established Aged Care organisation is seeking a dedicated individual to lead their senior management team towards excellence in the provision of Aged Care Services. With multiple well reputed sites, this not for profit organisation provides comprehensive services within the Southern Highlands area.
As the CEO, you will be working closely with the Board of Directors to ensure the highest delivery of care and organisational growth is maintained. This position is critical to the current and future direction of the organisation.
In this position you will be able to:
-Think laterally and strategically
-Provide direction and leadership to the Senior Management team
-Develop & implement strategic plans and business operations to ensure growth of the organisation. The following are essential criteria for this executive role:
-Strong commercial experience
-An understanding of the Aged Care model
-Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
