Design & Build are currently recruiting for one of the Leading Project Management Consultancies. This company provides direction, advice and project management services for major building and infrastructure projects in both the public and private sectors.
With a busy pipeline of work in the health sector this role will see the successful person working on a range of interesting projects - the health team in Canberra has openings for Project Managers across all levels who has already gained exposure to this market working on hospitals or medical centers. However this company will consider candidates from other backgrounds should the person have a proven track record in multiple stakeholder management.
In order for this position you will have:
* Experience delivering complex projects in the Health sector
* Program & development management experience
* Design experience
* Have experience bidding for work and tenders together
* Contract administration experience
* Have 5 years project Management experience
* Hold a degree in a related construction profession, architecture, engineering, quantity surveying
* Be confident to work managing multiple stakeholders
* Australian experience
