The Client:
A fresh & modern agency who works closely with developers resulting in a rent roll of near new properties. They are currently seeking a Junior property manager to join their young team who pride themselves on an outstanding reputation and integrity.
The Role:
Reporting to the Director, You will be required to manage a small, high quality portfolio of around 100 properties with the view to grow. This role is ideal for an Assistant Property Manager looking to take the next step as it gives you the opportunity to grow with the portfolio. You will benefit from admin support as well as sharing an assistant to help with the day-to-day management of the portfolio. This role will also offer the successful incumbent exposure to high profile clients & brand new properties.
The Candidate:
The desired candidate will require at least 12 months Assistant Property Management experience & will demonstrate personal attributes consistent with a team oriented and customer service focused environment. Strong communication & organisational skills are essential. The successful candidate will must hole a current Agents Representative Certificate, a drivers licence & reliable vehicle.
