Reporting to the Principal Electrical Engineer this role is responsible for ensuring that the electrical and control components of the plant's sustaining capital program are well managed. The Electrical Engineer provides electrical engineering and associated support services and ensures all activities are carried out to the required statutory and company standards.-o:p--/o:p-
-o:p- -/o:p-Providing hands on technical support for the site's electrical and instrumentation project work, you will be actively involved in the design, construction and commissioning of minor and major plant upgrades as well as the development of scopes of work and scopes of supply. Ensuring proper engineering controls are adhered to for procurement activity you will also be responsible for all the associated documentation and that it is properly maintained and kept up to date including all drawings, administration and reporting and being actively involved in trial work and research and development projects.-o:p--/o:p- To be successful for this role you must have a formal electrical engineering qualification, sound experience in a previous electrical engineering role including experience in a chemical refining or processing environment and sound knowledge of safety systems and processes as well as desire to get involved and drive improvements -o:p--/o:p-
