-Work closer to home on the North Shore This Solutions based organisation provides end to end IT solutions for clients across IT infrastructure, from desktops and mobile devices to high-end servers and networking devices, they are currently looking for a Systems Engineer / Network Engineer, who can utilise their varied technical knowledge.
You will be responsible for providing infrastructure solutions to key clients and providing support services which will be offering a range of fully integrated and supported solutions and services for their clients
You will need several years IT experience as a Systems Engineer. You will have outstanding communication skills and have worked with external clients.
Your technical skills will include a mix of the following
-VMWARE ESX/ESXi 3.5/4.0/4.1
-Windows 2003 / 2008 / 2008 R2
-Exchange 2003/2007/2010
-IIS / Apache / Tomcat
-Enterprise level Backup Suite
-Exposure to Enterprise level Storage - SAN, NAS, iSCSI or NFS
-Exposure to MS System Centre Suite, specifically Config Manager, Operations Manager
-Some experience with MS SQL
-MCITP / MCSE It would be desirable but not essential to have the following
-VCP - VMWARE
-CCA - Citrix
-Cisco IOS (CCNA desirable)
-VMWARE View or other VDI Suite
-HyperV
