Our client is one of the top 5 Animal Health CompaniesThey currently seek a Brand Manager to take a lead role for the reagents associated with one of their most important portfolio's - Dairy. The individual in this role should be very comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment and will be responsible for managing the marketing activities sufficient to ensure the continued development and commercial success of our client s leading edge products in a rapidly growing, multi-million dollar market. The person in this role is responsible for managing the marketing activities necessary for the continued development and commercial support of sequencing equipment. Primary responsibilities in this role: -Collaborate with corporate veterinarians and industry thought leaders to guide the portfolio of applications offered.
-Lead the creation of marketing requirements; establish priorities, and anticipate the evolution, refinement, and extension of this portfolio.
-Collaboratively develop the Marketing Communications plan and budget to support the commercial success.
-Ensure successful design and deployment of system extensions by partnering with R&D, Operations, and the Field team.
-Develop high quality relationships with key customers to ensure success of the platform.
-Collaborate with the Field team to achieve annual revenue plan milestones. Education and Experience:
-Typically 2+ years experience in veterinary Brand Marketing role
-Experience developing and implementing marketing plans
-Experience establishing product requirements and driving product development consistent with those requirements.
