We are seeking to fill a number of important positions within their Audit & Assurance division. This second tier firm boasts a community environment focused on staff development and workplace culture. This firm offers a fantastic work life balance and career development opportunities. These roles range from senior consultants through to management positions.
You will have already developed a strong skill set and be to take on the responsibilities below as well as being willing to develop you skills further within a professional environment;
Duties will include but not limited to the following;
-Audit planning approach and strategy -Interim and yearend audit visits -facilitating training and development of staff -preparation and assurance of general and special purpose financial reports -providing guidance and supervision to a team of accountants -client networking, relationship building and relationship maintenance -contribution to tender opportunities -embracing and contributing to firm ethos
You will also be able to identify risk and determine appropriate strategies for new Audit assignments working closely with the senior members of the team.
As the successful candidate you will have a number years experience preferably in an Australian setting and have held a position in a professional services accounting firm. Your communication skills and professionalism will allow you to maintain and build internal and external relationships effectively. Working directly with senior members and partners of the firm, you will take ownership and responsibility for your work and clients, driving positive results.
