Our client, a large Government Department in Canberra, is looking for several Test Managers for multiple national projects.
In this role you will perform the following tasks:
-Work in a rapidly changing multi-project release environment
-Develop and deliver a project test plan and other relevant test set deliverables
-Keep in line with the Departments Testing Framework
-Support and manage a project test team
-Champion quality assurance objectives across all areas of the System Development life cycle
-Be involved in the process of achieving efficiency and effectiveness improvements and achieve productivity targets on behalf of the Applications Testing Centre To be successful for this role you must have the following skills/experiences:
-Minimum 8+ years continuous testing experience, with 3+ years experience as a Test Manager including experience managing large projects and teams
-Proven experience with test tools in particular Mercury Test Director/Quality Center
-Extensive experience of testing concepts, principles, methodologies, the software development life cycle, systems development and customer management
-Proven experience in the delivery of quality test artefact (including but not limited to) Test Plans, Memorandum of Understanding, Weekly Project Testing Reports, Daily Testing Reports, Sign Off Reports.
