Opportunity available for a Personal assistant /Senior team assistant /Executive assistantIt is a very fast paced role and you will be supporting one of the key general managers of the business as well as supporting their team. Duties include: -Diary management -Organising travel -Office management -Call screening and drafting correspondence -Ad hoc duties in Marketing and HR You must be able to liaise with all levels of staff and have a professional yet friendly manner. This is an extremely busy role so you will need to be highly organised and a high level of initiative. You must have a high level of Microsoft office skills, especially in Word, PowerPoint and Outlook. Previous experience in a personal assistant or executive assistant is essential.
