Our client, a well known global leader is currently looking for an Administrative Assistant to help support a team of 12 people. This role will see you working in a busy, dynamic team where you will have full responsibility for the following: -Secretarial and administration support to the team -response to emails, travel bookings, room bookings -Drafting and formatting of documents and correspondence -Records Management and updating the system and contacts list -Processing of invoices, expenses,credit card claims -Management of files and records -Reporting -assisting the team with monthly reports and pulling information together -Liaising with internal and external staff/clients on behalf of the team -Administration such as filing, mail management, scanning, binding, printing The successful candidate will have: -Previous experience in a similar role and ideally 1-2 years administration skills -Must have Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office applications -Be discreet and show confidentiality at all times -Proactive, strong attention to detail, strong organisational and time management skills -Can anticipate the needs of senior level executives but has a calm, collected disposition To apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
