An immediate opportunity exists for an experienced Customer Relationship Coordinator within a well regarded manufacturing organisation based in Melbourne's Northern Suburbs.
Working closely with a project team, you will be the first point of contact for client sales queries. You will be responsible for managing key client relationships and client expectations.
Duties will include;
-Managing client queries
-Resolving client issues
-Quotations
-Liaising with warehouse in relation to stock
-Weekly reporting for Project Managers
-Maintaining company database To be successful in this role, you will have exceptional customer service skills and have experience demonstrating these in an office based environment, ideally within the manufacturing or construction industry.
