As an integral part of administrative support team for the Clinic your main responsibilities will include:
-Providing superior customer service whilst on reception -Professionally answering incoming calls, and transfer as appropriate -Prompt processing of customer medical files in accordance to their specific requirements You will also be responsible for maintaining and creating accurate records in the database system, coordinating and liaising with internal and external stakeholders, schedule appointments and any other ad hoc duties as required. Combining your administrative background with your customer service approach and reception experience will be great assets as you start a successful career in this specialist medical organisation. Your organisational and time management skills will become an essential element to this role.
Other skills that will see you succeed include; excellent presentation, communication, influencing, negotiating and problem solving skills as well as a customer first focus and professional attitude.
