Your experience in Home & Contents or Commercial Property insurance claims will see you join the busy team of this well-established national insurance company based in the CBD. The role:
-process commercial property claims
-administration of customer policies
-assessment of claims information
-determination of claims legibility
-approval of claims payments
-general claims administration
The selection criteria:
-at least 18 months experience in end-to-end management/processing of Claims within a Home & Contents Insurance (or any type of Property Insurance)
-strong customer service experience
-excellent administration skills and ability to use computerized systems
-Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
You will be working within a friendly team, training on Commercial Insurance products and supportive Team Leaders.
