-Exciting SAP project to be a part of!One of our well known Melbourne based clients is searching for an SAP Training Scheduler to join their SAP Team - 6 month contract with potential to be extended!
This is a challenging role that will see you working in a fast paced project environment, along side a strong and well regarded SAP Training team. You will be required to schedule and coordinate training for in house employees as well as overseas staff from Asia Pacific. Experience within this field will be beneficial.
The key requirements in this role would be scoping the training requirements
Assisting with and updating the Training Needs Analysis (TNA),
Facilitate workshops with the training team and key stakeholders to maintain a continued understanding of requirements
Managing the creation, maintenance and communication of training logistic processes
Setting-up participants, managing changes and requesting reports from the business
Managing evaluation and attendance reporting
Preparing, delegating and monitoring training evaluation
This project is estimated to reach a large volume of consultants at its peak; ultimately you will be assisting the Training Lead on a day to day basis, to ensure the project is seamless in relation to training delivery.
In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity you will have ideally worked on at least one SAP Project, have 4-5 years project or training scheduling experience and solid experience in one large project, in a similar role for about 18 months.
