A fantastic opportunity for a Project Co-ordinator / Administrator to work for IT Consultancy firm on one of their major projects. This will be a initial 3 months contract with the possibility of an long term extension. TASKS: - Making lots of calls and sending lots of emails regarding scheduling and installs - Chasing up store managers, and store owners etc, for signed documents - Ability to handle incidents/issues from install - ie: update database, follow up with tech & status, etc - Chasing up subcontractors for confirmations - ie: incident/issue status, induction status, scheduling status. - Other adhoc tasks given to him/her from day to day Criteria: - Administrative skills is a must - Office / Excel / Project - Attention to detail is a must - Quick leaner & ability to follow instructions - He/she will be working in a young and dynamic team environment - Previous experience in a project environment - IT background preferable This position will provide support in a high-value professional IT services environment. Candidate must be able to operate in a fast-paced professional environment, participate in administrative tasks and project control activities, effectively managing multiple priorities.
