A global manufacturing company on the outskirts of Parramatta is looking for an articulate, professional, experienced and passionate HR Coordinator to take on a varied role and add value to companies overall goals and mission.Working closely with the HR Manager, your role will involve the following responsibilities; recruitment and selection, compile and collate data for various reports, liaise with line managers in relation to HR queries and advice and provide guidance on a range of matters, maintain employee records and statistics, manage workers compensation and OHS, assist with reviewing and updating HR policies and procedures, maintain staff organisational charts, assist with training and development on HR policies, maintain data on salaries, benefits and compensation and other adhoc duties as directed. To be considered for this opportunity you must have completed or be working towards relevant HR qualifications, display a solid and stable work history within a similar HR Coordination role, have exceptional people skills, demonstrate effective listening skills, be able to build solid rapport/relationships with internal and external stakeholders and have strong time management and organisational skills.
