Soldier Modernisation Systems Program Office (SMSPO) within Land Systems Division (LSD) is part of the Defence Materiel Organisation (DMO ) and is responsible for the acquisition, sustainment, and disposal of Australian Defence Force (ADF) Combat Protective & Personal Field Equipment. The Land 125 Phase 3B project within SMSPO is acquiring new Combat Protective capabilities for the ADF. One of the capabilities being acquired by Land 125 Ph 3B is the Soldier Combat Ensemble (SCE). The SCE is a new modular load carriage and protection system that is scalable, utilising a tiered structure generally based on functionality and levels of protection.
We are currently looking for a Level 4 mechanical, mechatronic or aerospace engineer with good systems engineering knowledge.
