We are looking for a Store Manager with experience within the automotive retail industry who has worked as a mechanic to join a growing team.
One of Australia's leading tyre and automotive companies is looking for exceptional hands on store managers. As a specialist in your field, you will be looked upon by your peers as a coach and mentor.
You will be given the autonomy to make decisions on how best to deliver high levels of customer service, continue to increase customer-base and achieve targets. Your role will be an integral part of the overall management of the store and you will be relied upon for your understanding and knowledge of the industry. In addition you will look after the development and retention of employees as well as the achievement of store budgets for wages, sales and gross profit.
A solid understanding of OH&S and the ability to Identifying training opportunities for the team in all operational areas is essential.
