We are currently seeking an experienced & professional Property Manager to join a well known agency located in beautiful new offices in only of Melbourne's most elite inner Bayside suburbs. This agency prides themselves on their ability to provide an exceptional level of service that is envied by others in the industry.
This role will see you managing a tidy portfolio of 180 properties in an end to end capacity using the Console system. With full support of a Leasing Consultant & Assistant & no accounts or new business you will have plenty of time to ensure that this portfolio is well maintained. Work only one Saturday a month with a full day off in lieu! No more 6 day weeks!
They are seeking a highly capable candidate who has at least 18 months experience who gains great enjoyment from interacting with clients and has brilliant trouble shooting & organisation skills.
As the Property Manager your role will include:
-Managing a portfolio
-Liaising with tenants/landlords
-Attending VCAT when required
-Organising repairs & maintenance The successful candidate will be:
-An experienced Property Manager who embraces modern Property Management systems & procedures
-An outgoing & friendly person with a strong customer service focus
-Able to work both in a team environment & autonomously
-Have a passion for the industry and a good sense of humour
-Professional presentation
-Outstanding time management, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
-A proactive Property Management style with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Working 1 Saturday in 4 with a full day off in lieu you will achieve the work life balance you seek and a competitive salary package neg to $65K for the right person
