This label is Australia's leading innovative fashion brand, and they are in the process of opening 2 new stores in Melbourne. We are seeking an experienced Store Manager who understands the brand ethic, and can provide a consultative approach to it's customers.
As a Store Manager you will be responsible for:
-Achieving daily, weekly, monthly and yearly sales targets whilst maintaining personal sales targets
-Always upholding the highest levels of customer service and styling advice
-Continuous training & development of new and existing staff members
-Staff Rostering
-Growing a customer and clientele base
-Managing complaints, returns and exchanges
-Inventory Management and stock takes
-Sales and stock reporting
-Banking and reconciliation
-Participating in promotional events
-Other ad hoc duties To be successful in this position you will possess the following:
-Store Management experience
-Strong customer / client base to attract to the new store
-Impeccable and unfaltering personal styling and grooming
-Capable of multitasking
