Reporting to the Director and working closely with senior managers across IT, R&D and Finance, you will use you analytical skills to build efficient business and systems processes. Key areas that you will be working on include, project management, resource planning, Finance performance, quality assurance, risk management, consulting skills, R&D and business development. In this role it would be expected that you are able to chair and conduct internal staff training sessions and meetings, have a great understanding of a workflow environment and undertake internal auditing with a focus on OH&S systems and management. We are looking for someone with the below skills and experience, -At least 2-3 years practical experience in a similar role
-Hold appropriate tertiary qualifications
-Have strong project management skills and experience
-Excellent communication skills
-Previous experience with presentations and training staff
-Knowledge of QA, Environmental and WHS management systems
-Understand a workflow environment and audit processes/methodology
-Ability to work autonomously
-Excellent business acumen
