Leading retail brand are seeking an IT Field Service Analyst to be responsible for providing desktop software and hardware support to all of the clients business areas whilst implementing, maintaining and improving functionality of the local network. Responsibilities include: -Provide day to day support to all IT users at the clients centre and their other sites throughout Vic -Ensure that all jobs are logged within the system and that any incidents and requests that have been assigned for completion are resolved to a satisfactory level -Delivery of excellent customer service -Documentation of all processes and solutions for technical problems that have been addressed -Manage device configuration and TCP/IP allocation and ensure the deployment of printers and Citrix clients -Actively participate in special projects as assigned, working with relevant IT Teams including Server/Network and other teamsSkills required include: -Extensive experience working within an IT Support role with experience working within an environment that performs remote device management. -Strong knowledge of Citrix environment -MS Operating Systems, Active Directory and MS Applications -Adobe products/TCP/IP and LAN WAN -Experience developing SOE'sIf this sounds like you then please send through a copy of your Resume or contact Dinuka.
