With a focus on finance and IT; the Sydney office are currently expanding and as a result require an Office Manager/Team Coordinator to come on board.This is a new role so you will have the opportunity to make the role your own and get very involved in all aspects of the business. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the administration processes within the office and be the point of contact for the Sydney office. You will also be instrumental in maintaining a positive, professional and fun working environment. Duties will include: · Supporting the director with EA duties · Office Management including managing the office relocation · Recruitment Support · Implementing office and OH&S policies and procedures · Monthly reporting · Database maintainance · Manage the front of house and corporate image.
