Sales Manager My client is looking for Sales Manager who can lead from the front, drive and motivate a team of 3 sales executives to achieve KPI's and grow their business.
You will have a hunger for business development but also be procedure driven. Key Skills

-Creating new procedures to make the sales department run smoother
-Manage key clients and develop good business relationships to gain a bigger spend
-Motivate and develop sales staff, offer further training & development when needed
-Identify new business opportunities through extensive sales and cold calling
-Conduct presentations, submit quotes and close sales
-Prepare monthly reports for the state manager and other management departments
