Our Client
Our client is a world class EPCM leader who provides technical solutions to the resource sector. Due to continued growth and an increase of work they urgently require a Site Civil Engineer to manage the concrete construction works taking place on an Iron Ore Mine in Regional WA.
The Role
Reporting to the Area Manager your duties will include:
-Monitoring quality according to contract requirements
-Overseeing the contractors construction works
-Inspecting concrete works and ensuring compliance to Australian Standards and contract
-Progress reports, RFI's, technical queries, QC Inspections, planning & scheduling
-Promoting a safe working environment at all times
-Planning & Coordinating works to company policies and management plans
-Contracts Administration
-Provide general support where needed to the Area Manager
You Will Have
-A degree in Civil / Structural Engineering
-Strong background in supervising, inspecting and managing site concrete works
-Minimum of 3 years experience working as a Site / Project Engineer role
-Australian mining project experience
