The Australian subsidiary is also a developer of a set of globally successful technology solutions and these provide the parent with a key competitive advantage around the world. As a result of substantial recent business growth in Australia this company needs another Project Manager.In your new role you will work directly with Defence on the roll out of an electronic technology based project. You will also project managing the bid process, initially driving the next two Defence bids for projects closely associated with your first roll out. Your first project s duration is 2 years. Your future could be very promising as this employer is happy to explore a conversion to permanent employment down the track. The role could easily evolve into a very senior position within the organisation, a local entity which is already on a strikingly rapid growth curve and a relatively new entrant as a prime in the defence sector. You will join a small team of Project Managers as the first defence focussed PM. You have at least 5 years experience working as a Project Manager with the bulk of that time driving defence projects in Australia. You have, or have recently had, an Australian defence security clearance to SECRET. You hold a degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or similar. If your past experience also includes work on bids with DMO then this will be viewed highly favourably.
