The Company
Our client is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to commence a temporary assignment ASAP.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for the following duties:
-Review invoices and check requests -Sort and match invoices and check requests -Set invoices up for payment -Process check requests -Prepare and process accounts payable checks -Reconciliation of payments -Prepare analysis of accounts -Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date -Resolve invoice discrepancies -Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries -Produce monthly reports -Assist in month end closing
Your Profile
The successful candidate will also have experience in Accounts Receivable and collections.
Advanced SAP and Excel are essential.
