Our client, a large Government Department in Canberra, is looking for several Test Leads for multiple national projects.
In this role you will perform the following tasks:
-Work in a rapidly changing multi-project release environment
-Assist the Test Manager to establish and meet testing delivery obligations
-Keep in line with the Department's Testing Framework
-Drive quality assurance objectives across functional areas, efficiency and productivity targets To be successful for this role you must have the following skills/experiences:
-Minimum 6+ years continuous testing experience, with 2+ years experience as a Test Lead
-Proven experience with test tools in particular Quality Center (Test Planning, Test Lab, Defects modules and Reporting)
-Proven experience supervising and mentoring junior testers
-Proven experience allocating tasks to testing resources
-Proven experience in implementing test approaches for various end to end scenarios with multiple integration points
-Demonstrated ability to effectively manage own work against competing priorities and tight deadlines
-Excellent communication skills both oral and written
-Experience in one or more of the following would be desirable:
-1 + years Business Intelligence
-2 + years SQL (including writing SQL)
-XML YOU MUST BE AN AUSTRALIAN CITIZEN TO BE ELIGIBLE .
