About The Role
Reporting to the departmental manager, this is an autonomous and
newly created role- perfect if you enjoy setting up policies and procedures! With a focus on building both internal and external relationships, a customer service focused Credit Controller is essential to ensure the continuous development and improvement
of the organisations credit processes.
About You
As an experienced Credit Professional, you will have a passion for the area and enjoy getting your hands dirty handling the full function from credit applications through to debt collections. With your talent for developing and maintaining
client relationships, one of your key KPI's will be to reduce the debtor days and outstanding debts in an effective manner. In addition, you will demonstrate people management skills (you will initially be responsible for one AR/Credit Officer) and ability/
experience in managing a large credit ledger.
