A very rare opportunity now exists for a Technical Support Coordinator to join this global industry leader working out of their branch located in Sydney's Western suburbs.
Reporting to the Industrial Seals Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to the Production team, sales and customers on a national basis and to service customers by telephone, fax and email to acheive or exceed Sales/GP budget.
So that you yourself are able to make the transition smoothly, you will possess the following key attributes:
-Previous Internal sales/sales coordination experience within the industrial sector
-An appreciation or basic understanding of Bearings, Seals, Power Transmissions etc.
-Excellent people management skills
-The ability to interpret technical drawings and calculations
-Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
-Be a team player who is willing to go the extra mile
-A willingness and desire to continue learning
-A mechanical trade qualification would be ideal, but not essential
