They believe in the fundamental human rights of all people with a disability.Their recycled clothing stores are the place to find one of a kind, stylish clothing - all at awesome prices. With several stores already established in Queensland, they are now looking to firmly establish themselves in the NSW market. They want you to come along for the ride as a Cluster Manager based primarily in the Blacktown store and overseeing stores at Penrith and St Marys. The successful applicant will be responsible for: -Maintaing sales across the three stores
-Maintaining high customer service standards
-Developing staff and volunteers
-Setting high level visual merchandising standards
You will have experience in retail store management, ideally in a fashion environment, and have a strong understanding of retail financial reports. You will be a strong salesperson yourself, and able to drive sales results across all three stores. You must have a keen eye for visual merchandising, as there will be no merchandising guidelines or plan o grams for your store. Although you are relying on donations from the public, there is a strong expectation that the stores will be merchandised in a boutique type style, more in line with with a vintage boutique that a second hand store. The successful applicant will be rewarded with: -A salary at $42K
