Your strong customer service skills gained in a retail, hospitality or contact center environment will see you going this Financial Services Giant located in Richmond.

The role:
-taking inbound calls from customers
-assist with basic product and account information regarding customer's credit card and personal loans
-update customer account information on the database
-cross-sell other financial services
-follow up on general customer queries
Required selection criteria:
-strong customer service experience gained in a Retail, Hospitality or Contact Centre environment
-genuine desire to start a career in the financial services/banking industry
-exceptional communication skill
-ability to work a rotating shift between the hours of 8am - 9pm Mon- Sun
-must have Australian Citizenship/Permanent Residency
PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking candidates who live close to Richmond, and have flexibility to do rotating shift between the hours of 8am and 9pm,MON - FRI and 8am - 8pm SAT -SUN will be required.

A salary of $40,000 - $42,000 + super will be offered to the successful candidate. A real career opportunity to enter the industry is also on offer.
