Experienced Systems Administrator urgently required for prestigious Sydney based organisation. In this position, you will be a proactive member of the support team by providing technical support to the internal business units.

Our client seeks to appoint an experienced Systems Administrator to provide dedicated 2nd/3rd level support to their employees. This will be a challenging and demanding role and would be the perfect opportunity for those that are looking to broaden the depth of their experience. You will be provided with hands on training and support, however you will need to be a independent, flexible quick thinker who thrives in an autonomous environment.
As the face of the IT department you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support and consultancy services supporting all internal staff as required. Providing local remote desktop and office application support, you will have a talent and passion for solving problems and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
General Description:
-Operational Support of Active Directory, Windows 2003 and Windows bit Platform.
-Exposure to 2008 R2 - core and Hyper V roles would be beneficial
-Implementation & Support in large and varied corporate environment
-Exposure to Windows Active Directory Environment over large range of network and locations.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills required
-Server operational issues
-Citrix troubleshooting skills
Strong skills with:
-Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
-Active Directory
-Level 2/3 Level Application Support
Experience with:
-Server support
-BAU/Incident Support
-ITIL Change Control, Peer Review, Incident Management
-Documentation
-Windows Application Packaging
-Citrix Access Gateway Enterprise Edition
