Credit Analyst - Structured / Project Finance Job in New South Wales, Australia

This leading multinational financial institution is seeking a motivated and committed individual to join their Corporate Credit Risk and Structured Finance team.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

-Credit analysis and financial analysis of corporate customers and project finances (deals size range 25mil to 150mil)
-Preparing reports on behalf of your team and presenting to external parties such as corporate customers and advisors
-Cross checking of loan agreements ensuring that all required terms and conditions are included
-Identifying credit risk by researching companies, industries and businesses
-Staff management
You will possess the following:

-Several years of Credit Analyst or Credit Risk experience within corporate space with a large bank or financial institution
-Strong knowledge and exposure to products such as: syndicate loans, cash flow funding, structured finance, project finance and corporate finance (mergers and acquisitions) within local financial system
-Degree qualification (accounting background highly desirable)
-Strong understanding and knowledge of financial products and financial statements
-High level of financial analysis skills
-Strong communications skills both verbal and written
-Ability to follow procedures
