A large top tier contractor is currently looking to recruit a Senior Commercial Manager to join their Civil Engineering division. Due to expansion coupled with their continued success in the QLD market this key post will see the successful candidate lead an experienced commercial team working closely with all other areas of the business.
Your focus will be to drive the commercial elements of a project where you will be reviewing and negotiating sub contract terms and will be costing and forecasting for live and future projects. This client operates within various markets within Civil Engineering including roads, rail, mining, and general infrastructure.
In order for this position you will have upwards of 7 years post qualification experience, and should have held a Commercial Manager position for at least 2 of these 7 years. You will have excellent commercial awareness and will have worked within the Civil Engineering market for the majority of your career. You will be committed to developing a team and will be passionate about positively contributing to the future of the business.
