Due to recent promotions and up-skilling within this particular area of the bank, we are seeking highly motivated individuals that are immediately available and seeking to kick start their careers within Banking. As a member of the team you will be dealing with existing customers who are eligible for additional product across all areas of banking and promoting different options.

Your Main Duties:
-Provide timely, courteous and professional customer service by:
-Identifying and resolving the customers need on first point of contact.
-Educating the customer on the products and services available, matching their financial needs,
-Offering convenient banking solutions.
-Pro Actively determining customer needs lifting sales productivity.
-Striving to achieve Individual and team revenue targets.
-Increasing our non main bank to main bank customer base.
-Reviewing customers financial needs and educating /matching products as financial solutions.
-Conduct sales conversations with customers that start with the customer and finish with a beneficial outcome.

-Sales focused individual, enjoys working in a dynamic environment
-Strong customer service skills, commitment & a desire to satisfy customer needs
-Ability to spot & refer sales opportunities with a knowledge of retail products, systems & services
-Good listening & problem analysis skills
-Strong written & verbal communication skills
-Previous telephone skills handling customer enquiries
-Experience in the Sales and Service areas of a Bank
