One of our valued clients is looking for some temporary assistance in their Training Department to start urgently as a Training Coordinator.
The role will involve:
Planning Internal & External Training
Delivery of Training
Liaising with Managers and Employees
Identifying new training areas and providing support
Providing legislative training as directed by the employer
Updating Training plans and Matrix
Identify key areas of training
The role will be Perth based but will require a day or two at Mine Sites every week or 2 weeks but this is not a FIFO role. The ideal applicant will have the following skills:
Cert IV in Training & Assessment
Familiar with High Risk Licensing requirements and framework
Great Organisation skills
Excellent Communication skills
Excellent MS office knowledge.
The client is looking for applicants who have experience of working within the Mining / Resources industry as a Trainer or Training Coordinator and who is available for full time hours starting as soon as possible.
Initially this is a 6 month contract but the client has identified that for the right person, the contract may be extended. This organisation operates around 14 mine sites so travel can be to any of these sites. The role is urgent but the company is looking to bring the right person on board.
