Team Assistant | Financial Services


This National Financial Services Company is looking for a smart, switched on and energetic Team Assistant to support a very busy team in all areas of administration. The role will see you take on a spectrum of tasks across the department requiring you to liaise with a range of stakeholders.

Some duties will include:

-Diary Management and Management of meeting rooms
-Booking Travel and manging expenses
-Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Annual Reports
-Document checklists and archiving
-Ad hoc ad ministrative duties to support members of the team
To be successful in this role you will:

-Hold at least 5 years previous experience in a Corporate Environment
-Possess excellent Time Management skills
-Be an excellent communicator
-Have advanced Microsoft Office Skills
-Be flexible and adaptable
-Enjoy a busy and fast paced environment
