In this hands-on role you will champion the implementation of OH&S management initiatives at a large, complex manufacturing facility employing over 500 people. Reporting to the Risk Manager, the position is responsible for providing OH&S guidance, support and advice to management and operational level employees. Based in the northern suburbs, the role has a strong advisory focus and will involve facilitating training sessions, incident investigations, risk assessments and toolbox talks. The position is also responsible for contributing towards continuous improvement initiatives from a systems management and cultural change perspective to ensure that safety is a priority for employees at operational and management level.
