Looking after new policies for New Business customers, this is a role for those with high attention to detail, excellent processing skills and strong client servicing skills. Here you will be responsible for: -Answering customer queries relating to Superannuation policies -Processing new policy applications -Processing contributions -Allocating funds to member's accounts -Follow-up calls to members requesting further information etc To be successful in this role you must possess: -Previous Superannuation administration experience, ideally New Business and / or Contributions processing -High attention to detail -Accurate processing skills -Excellent communication skills The role is due to commence on the 9th January '12, so you must be available immediately for both interview and employment.
