Experience working within the homewares industry would be desirable, but isn't essential. What is expected is a focus on sales that is second to none. Other skills and attruibutes you will need to be successful include the following: -Experience working in a fast paced, high stock volume environment -A strong focus on teamwork and customer service -Excellent communication and organisational skills -A passion for retail -A desire to be challenged in the workplace -Enthusiasm and an excellent work ethic. It is expected that you will be experienced in the following -Driving sales and service levels within the business -Working towards, meeting and exceeding sales targets -Experience working towards KPI targets -Visual merchandising -Leading from the front -Managing team performance and setting expectations -Completing rosters within budget, and other retail financial paperwork The successful candidate will be rewarded with a very competetive salary of between $40 and $50K plus super, along with an excellent working environment.
