We have positions available in Gerldton and Narogin, you choose your location!This role would suit a Registered Nurse Div 1 with experience and passion for the Aged Care arena and extensive clinical and leadership skills. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic leader committed to the development and growth of their facility, Due to the responsibility of the role it is imperative you possess the following: -Have a demonstrated knowledge & understanding of DHA accreditation and requirements for certification
-Experience and knowledge of ACFI documentation requirements
-Have extensive clinical experience
-Previous management and leadership capabilities
-Passion and commitment to the aged care arena - with prior experience working in Aged Care
-Ability to delegate and priorities tasks, also be results orientated and have the ability to operate autonomously
-Have a good understanding of continuous improvement, OH&S and risk management
-Current AHPRA Nurse registration
