A long established financial services business, this organisation services a wide range of clients across Australia, providing specialist and holistic financial advice. With immaculate offices and a warm and friendly culture, they now have an opportunity for you to join their team in this newly created role.Reporting to the COO, you will provide high level secretarial support to the COO, and providing general support to the wider team when required. Specifically your day to day will include: *Secretarial duties including typing of documents and Presentations using Word and Power Point *Typing Executive Committee minutes, preparing/distributing board and Executive Committee papers *Draft and prepare communications and correspondence *Extensive diary management, including arranging meetings,liaising with clients, arranging staff events and functions and booking travel *Follow up of referred correspondence by the COO to other members of staff *Maintenance and co-ordination of COO's e-mail correspondence *Liaison with senior management, both in-house and client base *Organise events including off sites and meetings *File management To succeed in this role you will have proven experience supporting a senior executive in a corporate environment, ideally financial services. Critical to your success will be your communication skills, along with your confident and professional manner and ability to work to deadlines. Advanced MS Office skills along with excellent attention to detail will make you a stand out.
